Mercedes Benz W213 MBUX Retrofit Adapter is designed for retrofitting MBUX head unit and instrument cluster in pre-facelift models.
Compatible with pre-facelift W213, W238, W257 and W290 Mercedes Benz cars.
There are two facelift options: in the first option – MBUX and new touch pad are installed in the car. The instrument cluster remains the same – IC213. In the second option – MBUX, new touch pad, IC177 control unit and W213 facelift touchscreen display are installed in the car.
If car has the options 810 or 811 (Burmester), then amplifier should be replaced with newest one.
If there is a HUD on the car, and the instrument cluster is replaced, then the HUD must also be replaced.
